We must revise our tax system so as not to punish those who achieve success, and reward those who don’t.
No more redistribution of wealth.
We must also put the Federal government on a Zero based budget rather than the Baseline Budget System now being used, just increases the budget automatically each and every year.
Revamp the entire tax system, by first of all passing the Fair Tax which automatically dissolves the IRS.
Remove or Drastically Reduce capital gains tax and abolish the death tax permanently. If needed we will will use a amendment to the U.S. Constitution to keep future congresses from reinstating the death tax.
We must pass a balanced budget tied to 18% of GDP and no more, only exception a real national emergency such as a war. Any aid given to a state must be asked for by the states with guaranteed repayment to the federal government.
The federal government will get out of the land business by selling off all unused buildings, not subject to our National Security. The Federal Government will return all lands to states other than military bases and the like such as say the Hoover Dam.
We shall insist on fair trade which means, if they charge us an import tax, we charge them the same rate and we do away with double taxation on our exports so we can compete in foreign markets as well.
The Federal Government must begin to downsize in many areas by closing Departments and Agencies such as; Commerce, Education, Energy, HUD, Interior, EPA and OSHA and have all of the responsibilities return to the States where it rightfully belongs.
The completion of this plan I believe will both stimulate the economy once again but also give hope not only to the American Public but also the World at large that we’re returning to a True Republic.
