THE NEED FOR A FLAT TAX
I want to eliminate the IRS, and not only the graduated income tax, but as many of the following as possible and replace them with a “Flat Tax” that can be calculated on one page.
This would not only be a more efficient way of collecting taxes, which could be administered by the Treasury Department, but it would eliminate millions of dollars currently wasted in filing taxes. Most people are not even aware of all the following taxes we pay:

Not one of these taxes existed 100 years ago, and our nation was the most prosperous in the world. We had absolutely no national debt, had the largest middle class in the world, and Mom stayed home to raise the kids.
