6/14/2007--Introduced. Amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow a tax credit for the production of cellulosic biofuel. Defines "cellulosic biofuel" as any liquid transportation fuel derived from any lignocellulosic or hemicellulosic matter (other than food starch) that is available on a renewable or recurring basis.
