SUMMARY AS OF:
1/20/2011--Introduced. Detainee Trials at Gitmo Act - Provides that: (1) the detention facility at Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, shall remain in use indefinitely by the United States as a detention facility; and (2) any individual who is detained at Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, may only be tried by military commission which shall be conducted at Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
