Block Voting Percentage
The percentage of Republicans and Democrats that voted together in any given roll call was calculatted and the average for each party for each year is given below. The overall average for each party is within 2% percent with Democrats voting together in a slightly higher percentage in the House and Republicans having a slightly higher percentage in the Senate.
