Summary
The law requires that any declared candidate for US Senate file a financial disclosure by May 15, 2011. State Treasurer Mandel did not file that disclosure form until November 4, 2011. He paid a $200 fine for the tardiness in filing and stated that his wife's family assets made preparation for filing the forms difficult.
