Last Updated : Sep 26, 2012

Senator Brown has stated that while he supports legal immigration, we are also a nation of laws and government should not adopt policies that encourage illegal immigration. This includes driver’s licenses and in-state tuition to illegal immigrant families.

In 2010, Senator Brown noted that Harvard had it's priorities upside down in that it encouraged the DREAM Act and attendance from illegal aliens, but refused to have an ROTC on campus.
