Immigration
While I support and will promote legal immigration in Congress, illegal immigration and the failure to secure our border represents a growing national security threat. We must secure our borders now! Narco terrorists and the drug cartels can no longer be allowed to endanger Arizonans. In confronting this challenge, the United States must engage the Mexican government to develop a comprehensive strategy to defeat the narco terrorists and human smuggling rings. To accomplish this, we must be prepared to redeploy military resources to the Southern border as the mission in Afghanistan draws down.
