Nance and Meg Donovan Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 2000 and 2001, to adjust a condition on the payment of arrearages to the United Nations that sets the maximum share of any United Nations peacekeeping operation's budget that may be assessed of any country.

Nance and Meg Donovan Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 2000 and 2001 to revise a certain condition prohibiting the obligation of appropriated funds for the payment of U.S. arrearages for assessed contributions to the United Nations (UN) until the share of the budget for each assessed UN peacekeeping operation does not exceed 28.15 percent (currently, 25 percent) for any single UN member.
