SUMMARY AS OF:
11/27/2001--Introduced. Agriculture, Conservation, and Rural Enhancement Act of 2001 - Amends specified Acts to extend and revise agricultural and related programs with respect to: (1) commodities and price supports; (2) conservation; (3) agricultural trade; (4) nutrition; (5) agricultural credit; (6) rural development; (7) agricultural research, extension, and education; (8) forestry; (9) energy; (10) country of origin and quality grade labeling; (11) crop insurance; and (12) miscellaneous programs.
