SUMMARY AS OF:
11/29/1995--Passed Senate amended.    (There are 2 other summaries) Saddleback Mountain-Arizona Settlement Act of 1995 - Approves and ratifies the Settlement Agreement providing for the transfer of certain lands by the Resolution Trust Corporation to the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (to be held in trust by the Department of the Interior) and the City of Scottsdale, Arizona. Directs the Corporation to make such land transfer. Declares that the United States shall not be liable for any preexisting conditions on the land to be held (by the United States) in trust for the Community. Sets forth land use limitations (public use and development property).
