Title : A bill to cut Social Security contribution rates and return Social Security to pay-as-you-go financing, and for other purposes.

 

SUMMARY AS OF:
10/5/1990--Introduced. Amends the Internal Revenue Code and title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act to revise social security tax rates to provide for reduced rates until 2015 and increased rates beginning in 2020. Increases the OASDI contribution and benefit base on a graduated basis from 1990 to 1996.
