General Election
After narrowly winning the Democratic primary, Wendy Rosen was forced to drop out of the general election after it was confirmed that committed election fraud by voting in both Maryland and Florida. John LaFerla will take her place in the election, but may be a write-in candidate only with Mrs Rosen's name still appearing on the ballot. Incumbent Republican Congressman Andy Harris faced no primary challenger.
